Here comes all of the yucky, legal stuff that goes with any purchase from the "Reall" group of businesses...
By purchasing anything from our sites, you are agreeing to abide by these terms of use. We expect that as per our order pages, you have read and agree to our Terms Of Use and by placing an order on our site, regardless of whether you have read these terms you are obliged to be bound by them.
Please also ensure that you have read our Refund Policy!
All designs and graphics contained within this site are Copyright © 2002-2008 Reall Graphics, Reall Solutions & Reall Ez (Rebecka Patterson-Seagrave). This includes, but is not limited to our HTML coding, scripts and fonts. Once purchased, you may use the template/website design for either personal or commercial use for the ONE business that the license has been purchased for.
By placing an order through any of our sites, you are actually buying a LICENSE to use our graphics/template on ONE website, you are not buying the graphics nor the template design outright. We retain the copyright on all graphics and designs. This includes graphics that are purchased exclusively and custom graphic/web design. This means that if you need a new banner designed, a business card or anything else that uses my artwork, design or creation, then you must come back to me for the order or at least ask my permission to use the design or graphics and let me know what it's intended use is for. You may not share or give my graphics or website designs to any third party - for ANY purpose without my permission.
Webmasters/Graphic Designers may not use any of the graphics copyrighted by the Reall Group of businesses to create sets or design pages, logos, banners etc to resell, "match" or dispose of by any other means without the artists/designers written permission.
We will not ever sell a graphic in the same layout/design once it has been purchased exclusively.
We reserve the right to use any of the graphics on this site in any way we see fit, this includes but it not limited to promoting websites that we have designed.
License purchase does not entitle the customer to redistribute or attempt to claim ownership of the product/service. You may not redistribute any products purchased from this site.
With all templates, web designs, blog templates, website templates, logos and graphics a visible and legible link back to ReallEz.com must be displayed on every page that our templates or graphics are used as credit for the design. Our copyright notice MUST remain as it appears in the template/graphics that are sent to you. A links/credits page is not acceptable.
To be able to offer our pre-mades and custom graphics here at such low prices you must agree with our terms prior to ordering.
Because of the format and nature of my services, no refunds are offered - under any circumstance once an order has been placed and paid for. Please don't let this persuade you as I am a full-time professional web & graphic designer who has built a business from helping other small business owners establish their own businesses online. With over 700 clients, you can rest assured that your order will be completed.

| You wouldn't buy a painting and then scratch out the Artists signature would you? Of course not and the same applies to all of my artwork as it is copyrighted by me (Rebecka Patterson-Seagrave) and all artwork/graphics are original creations.
I offer my designs at very affordable prices so that everyone can establish their online presence. Please don't abuse this by infringing on my copyright ~ a girl has to make a living somehow and this is my way.

| You may not chop up my coding and "re-design" sites designed by me and then remove my credit. You may not use anything on this site for the compilation of CD`s, graphic sets, groups sharing etc.You may not alter our graphics in any way. You must not screen capture and take any of our graphics at all.
